• “Service” or “Website” refers to the online storefront accessible at jksweets.com, our multi-store locator, and our digital checkout.
• “Customer” or “You” refers to the individual or legal entity purchasing artisanal sweets, gifting hampers, or booking tasting sessions.
• “Physical Stores” refers to authorized JK Sweets brick-and-mortar tasting studios and express dispatch cloud hubs located in Jaipur and Bengaluru.

By accessing our website, creating a customer profile, or ordering products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into commercial transactions in India.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login OTPs, and restricting unauthorized access to your device.

JK Sweets crafts authentic Indian sweets adhering to heirloom recipes perfected since 1986. Because our products are prepared with 100% Pure Desi Ghee and zero chemical preservatives or synthetic mawa:

When you place an order, our backend system computes the straight-line Haversine distance between your delivery address and all active JK Sweets branches:

• Your order is automatically fulfilled from the nearest eligible physical store or express hub within delivery radius.
• If the nearest branch is closed or temporarily out of fresh stock, the system automatically routes to the secondary nearest eligible store to prevent delays.
• For outstation deliveries outside hyperlocal radius, orders are dispatched via temperature-controlled air/express courier from our Jaipur flagship hub.

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• Prepaid Orders: We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets via RBI-authorized, encrypted payment processors.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Where enabled, COD orders are verified via automated OTP before dispatch. Delivery personnel are authorized to collect cash upon parcel hand-over.
• Price Adjustments: JK Sweets reserves the right to correct pricing or coupon typographical errors prior to shipping confirmation.

The “JK Sweets” brand, logo, typography, product packaging design, proprietary halwai recipes, website code, and visual media are the exclusive intellectual property of RNV Enterprises.

No portion of our website, product descriptions, photography, or branding may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from JK Sweets management.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, JK Sweets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier delivery delays caused by severe weather, natural events, regional strikes, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

In all events, the maximum aggregate liability of the Company shall be strictly limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by you for the specific order under question.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
