For customers residing within the delivery radius (up to 10–12 km) of our physical store locations and express cloud hubs in Jaipur and Bengaluru:
Automatic Haversine Store Assignment: When you select your delivery address, our platform computes the nearest eligible JK Sweets store and fulfills the order directly from that branch.
Delivery Speed: Hyperlocal orders are freshly boxed by our halwais and delivered to your doorstep within 30 to 60 minutes.
2. Domestic Express Air Shipping (2–3 Days)
For destinations beyond our hyperlocal radius, we partner with premier express air logistics to ensure fresh delivery to major metro cities across India:
- Express Covered States & Hubs: Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Kerala.
- Delivery Window: Delivered within 2 to 3 Working Days under normal transit conditions.
- Dispatch Cut-Off: Orders booked prior to 12:00 PM are packaged from that day's early morning halwai batch and dispatched the same evening.
3. Nationwide Free Standard Shipping (4–6 Days)
We offer Free Standard Shipping across all serviceable pincodes in India on eligible cart values:
- Delivered within 4 to 6 Working Days via surface express.
- Ideal for non-perishable gift boxes, dry-fruit laddus, wooden brass gift trays, and bulk celebration orders.

5. Damaged Parcel & Verification Guidelines
In case of any suspicious tampering or damage before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD):
- Leave a written remark on the courier delivery sheet or device indicating that the outer carton arrived damaged.
- Take a clear photograph or unboxing video of the parcel and reach out to our grievance desk within 24 hours.
- JK Sweets will process an immediate 100% free fresh replacement.
